As a multimedia artist, I love playing with contrasts—think masculine and feminine, classy and edgy—using ceramics, resin, and found objects.
A big theme in my work is windows—both the literal kind and the metaphorical kind. These little "portals" invite people to peek into different worlds, sparking a sense of nostalgia and connection. Imagine catching a glimpse of a cozy home glowing at night—that warm, homey vibe that taps into a deeper sense of Americana, filled with stories that feel both personal and universal.
I also get a kick out of digging through thrift stores and antiques. There’s something fascinating about how objects hold time and memory. The stuff I collect isn’t just “old things”—they’re like little time capsules, each with its own story to tell. By arranging and mixing these finds, I let their pasts come together to create fresh, new narratives.
Every piece I make is all about finding beauty in the mix—those unexpected connections and contrasts. I want my work to get people thinking, to make them reflect on their own experiences and how they relate to others. Through my art, I hope to create a space where different stories collide, and we can all take a moment to appreciate the messy, beautiful complexity of being human.
